In this mod you can get a car that is modified into a skate board the car name is greenwood. In this mod you can get only 2 dff files and without txd tool you can install this mod in your android device. You need only gta3.img file and a img tool that free of cost available on playstore. I pick up this from gtainside.com and all the credit of this mod is goes to its owner and i am not the owner of this mod. 

Installation instructions 

just add dff files to gta3.img with the help if img tool

and after adding dff files paste the gta3.img tool  android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/here
